Q: What do you use to draw?
I currently use ProCreate on an iPad 6th Gen with Apple Pen 1st Gen to draw. I also use Adobe Photoshop to edit my designs and prepare them for production.
Q: Who is your manufacturer?
Sorry, but I don't disclose my manufacturers for a variety of reasons. Manus that I work with may not work well for you, and popularizing a manufacturer will increase costs and production time while decreasing quality for everyone. Please do your own research when it comes to manufacturers!
You can find a lot of options through a Google search or on Alibaba.
Q: How do you make [item name]?
Once you settle on a manufacturer, they will tell you what templates to format your artwork in. Each one will have their own procedures.
Q: How do you take product photos?
I use my phone to take most photos (iPhone XR)! I always use natural lighting during the daytime. I edit on VSCO, Snapseed, and/or iOS photo settings, and I may also decorate product photos on ProCreate. Sometimes I use my Canon DSLR.
Q: Do you have tips on starting your own business?
I don't think there's a right step by step process to starting your own shop. Make original content that vibe with you; try not to be swayed by whatever seems to be "popular". It's always rough when you first start out, but keep going! With consistency and creativity, eventually you'll get there.
I think it's important to note that running your own small business isn't the sunshine and rainbows that we seem to portray publicly. It involves a lot of research, time, & sleepless nights, and most of the time you're on your own when it comes to tackling problems. It's definitely a test of your dedication. However, I've learned a lot from this experience and it was worth it to me.

I ship worldwide! Please make sure your country is accepting mail from the USA.
My website only takes card. Most cards should work.
If you need an address change, please email me with your order number and new address before your order ships!

In the event of lost or damaged mail:
Please keep an eye out to see if your package was delivered to a neighbor, or if the postal service delivers it within the next few days.
Losses cannot be covered for stamped mail.
If something is wrong with the order you received, please email me first and provide picture proofs! I will do my best to help, all I ask is for you to please be honest with me about any problems.
If a package gets returned to me:
If it was a mistake on your end, you can choose between paying the extra shipping to send it back to you, or a refund excluding shipping cost and taxes. If it was my mistake, the package will be shipped back to you.

All orders are shipped from California, USA.
Estimated processing time is around 7-14 days! I currently do not have set mail days where I go to the post office.

We offer USPS Ground Advantage Service and USPS Priority Mail.
Domestic mail usually takes 2-5 days to deliver, but delays can occur!
Domestic shipping includes all USA territories.International Shipping Information
Orders containing only stickers can ship stamped for $2.50 USD.
Fully tracked international mail starts $10 USD to Canada, and $13 USD to the rest of the world. Tracking updates may stop at the USA border for a very few certain countries. Tracked international mail is fulfilled by USPS and Asendia.
International mail usually takes anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks or even longer to deliver. Please be patient with your order!

Hi! My name is Aurora. I go by she/her pronouns, and I'm a Chinese-American uni student from California. I'm currently studying data science, but art has been a long time hobby of mine. I began making Stray Kids lyric stickers back in high school for the UNVEIL Tour, and brought them back to life during the UNLOCK Tour. I officially started this shop in March 2020 when I was sent home from university to resume the rest of my semester online. Since then, PASTELSKZ has grown so much and I'm forever thankful for all the support I've received on this journey. Stray Kids are my ult group and creative inspiration, so I'm super happy to share my designs with STAYs! If I'm not working on shop stuff, I'm either crying over a CS assignment or drinking boba.
